Shipping & Returns
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Valkyrie Fleurs® does not ship orders to post office boxes.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day.
We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.
Any item purchased on sale is non-refundable.
We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund.
Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed.
Please make sure Merchandise has original packaging and tags. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements.
The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.
We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s). Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.
- Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number in order to obtain a Return Request Form to complete.
- Complete the Return Request Form and include a copy of your invoice along with the product(s). Ship back to us using USPS (or a comparable carrier). Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method Valkyrie Fleurs® is not responsible for any returns lost during transit.

We have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
